God’s Kitchen

She sleeps little and eats light
and stays up late into the night
and dreams the dream of the delightful kiss
and dressed in the breeze of resplendence mist
perfumed in the beauty of a musical note
jeweled and schooled in chaos’s hoax
complete as fear where love would not dare
but I saw through illusion to see that was just the car made of tar and hair
from moment to moment and hour to hour it would change like the clock on a beautiful tower
The emperor’s clothes can last as long as you wish
you can cover yourself like food on a dish
but in the end we are all just broken plates

in the place we call God’s Kitchen

somewhere in outer space

and the car is not all the junkyard would see

you see inside was a precious seed

That God set in time to return to be free

when the seed was ready for the Sea of Light

God takes you back out on the beach and returns you to your real life
